Educational Products for Test Prep Time

Nouns, Verbs, Adjectives and Adverbs BundleThank God for Spring Break! I know I’m echoing the sentiments of my colleagues in education when I say this. The kids need a break before Test Prep Time, and so do we. It’s been a long winter with way too few snow days for most of us!

As much as we all enjoy this week off, we all know that Test Prep Time awaits when we return. High stakes testing is right around the corner. I can almost hear the collective “Ugh” from my fellow teachers. My goal for the week, though, is to create some resources that will help streamline this time and give the students some engaging review experiences. I need these activities to be fun. So do my kids! Summer is too close to bore them now!

As part of the Ultimate Blog Challenge, I will be posting every day during the month of April. I’ve got lots to share, and I’m so excited to give this a try. I will be taking a few days though to highlight some of the products in my Teachers Pay Teachers store Meaningful Connections in the Classroom.

This evening, I’d like to share my Parts of Speech Bundle with activities to practice nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs. With sorts, activity sheets, and assessments included, this product will help your students manipulate and compare words to better understand grammar. I also have individual portions of this bundled product for sale as well.

We all know that students learn better when they can move information around. My Moveable Literacy products give kids the opportunity to move words and chunks of text around to gain a deeper understanding of what they are reading. Enjoy and check back regularly for more TPT products to engage your students!

My husband is homeschooling our oldest. He’s pushed our “spring brak” back to fit our family vacation.

Maybe some of your shares will be helpful tous.
